How much space is required for a Laser Maze Challenge™?

How much space do you have available? We custom design each floor plan to meet the needs and desires of the center. We recommend at least 10-12’Wx18-20’W for a standard package. Our current installs range in size from 185 – 450 square feet. We also recommend an additional 20% space for your Excitement Pit where players will queue and spectators will linger while being entertained by the Live Action Feed.

How profitable is the Laser Maze Challenge™?

The Laser Maze Challenge™ has proven, quick, and sustainable revenue and is consistently an anchor attraction for our operators. Exact numbers depend on your specific install. However, current clients have reported throughput of 50- 70 plays per hour. Depending on your revenue model, this represents $250 to $350 in revenue per hour, enabling this attraction to pay for itself in less than a year! What type of success have you seen from your current customers?

We offer five different story options; our Authentic Theming Packages immerse your players into the Laser Maze Challenge™ for a truly memorable experience. Or, do you have your own idea for theming? What age range does the Laser Maze Challenge™ appeal to?

That’s like asking, who is allowed to have fun? Everyone associates a Laser Maze with what they’ve seen in the movies, so now everyone can be a star! We have seen children, teenagers, mother and fathers, and even grandparents emerge from The Laser Maze Challenge™ with a smile on their face. Birthdays, Corporate Groups, Grade School, High School and College Groups all have a blast challenging the Laser Maze! We have one in our office that we train on,too... It’s just that cool!

How much does the Laser Maze Challenge™ cost?

Pricing depends on many variables of your business. We range our products to fit many business models, budgets and desires. Prices range between US$29,500-US$80,000 and average around US$40,000. Variables for us to consider include: Traffic numbers, local vs. tourist customers, target market, operational flow and depth of adventure desired. Is there a warranty?

Of course! Our engineers and manufacturing team works hard to develop low maintenance and durable products. A one-year warranty is included with every Laser Maze Challenge™. We warrant each of the components, including lasers, receivers, mirrors, control units, wiring and software through normal use. Extended Warranties are also available at a great value.

Do you provide customer support?

Absolutely! We have been consistently rated as a top vendor by each of our customers. Because we not only sell our products, but manufacture them as well, we take great care in responding to customer’s inquiries quickly, professionally and with a smile! We provide phone customer support from 9:00am USA MST – 5:00pm USA MST. Our support team is on call after hours as well as on weekends to ensure that your maze is always up and running.

How safe is the Laser Maze Challenge™?

Very safe. We design all of our attractions with safety being the highest priority. Specifically for the Maze: 1. Our system incorporates a patent pending process that makes our lasers even safer than those commonly used for PowerPoint presentations 2. Our engineering team went through a third party verification process to assure that our system is within compliance of the Center for Device and Radiological Health (CDRH) US FDA / CDRH Laser Product performance requirements via the terms of US CDRH Laser Notice No. 50, dated June 24, 2007 and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) EN/IEC 60825-1, Ed 2, 2007-03. What does this mean exactly? That we invested substantial resources to make our Maze extremely safe!

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We’ve partnered with leasing companies who not only know our business well, but are also qualified to work with you, our customers. Additionally, we are accepting Fun Share applications in search of savvy, aggressive and fun business partners!
